Shipping Policy
@Pre-order products will arrive in Hong Kong within 3 weeks at the earliest; ready-made products will be shipped after our store confirms the payment record.

@If the customer has purchased pre-ordered products and purchased other ready-made products in our store while waiting for the goods to arrive in Hong Kong, we can arrange to ship the pre-ordered products together with them when they arrive in Hong Kong. However, the order must be noted when confirming the spot order, otherwise our store will Shipment will be arranged directly after confirming the spot order.
@All orders will be sent by SF Express. SF smart cabinet fees are waived for branded products. When customers fill in the delivery address, please fill in the information of the smart cabinet you want to pick up. If the delivery address is found to be not the address of the smart cabinet, the store will ask the customer to pay for the postage or change the delivery information. Otherwise, Our store will not ship the goods.

Return & Exchange Policy
@If arrival is delayed due to transportation problems, our store will not be able to refund
@If the goods received by the customer do not match the ordered goods or the goods received are seriously damaged and cannot be used normally, please apply for a return to us within 72 hours after receiving the goods.
